Not going to make a playlist for this month. I hardly listened to or kept up with anything since that first week so it wouldn’t be much of a list anyway. And even though I’ve been pondering about writing something longer for the blog here all week, there’s nothing specific I’d really want to elaborate on right now. Did a lot of cleaning up around the apartment, in the mailboxes and stuff.
Another one of these months, not much else to mention about it. No progress on any BDA and only a handful of new drawings on paper. That page is worth a look at if you haven’t in a while.
Updated the classical guitar page a little, to reflect the different things I’ve been practicing recently. Slowed down a lot on that front. It’s been pretty much limited to the first few titles on most days, compared to the full days of playing and practicing I was often doing at the beginning of the month.
Not much of a post, but I didn’t want to end up with posting nothing at all for another month again. I’ll leave this open for now, but that’s probably it, and will click that publish button before I shut this off for today (<that was 3 days ago :P ). Maybe I’ll be more chatty next month.
Léonard is doing ok, but like me seems to be dreadfully under-stimulated. Sits at my feet or jumps on my lap when I’m sitting much more often, which is fun, but he’s been meowing way more often recently and sometimes loudly, which isn’t. He goes out even less than I do.

It’s about as best as I get it these days, which seems ok to me. For the most part, there’s a note here and there, practice practice practice. This is hard stuff, and still just beginner stuff. phew
There’s a bit of noise reduction and reverb added to the recording, and it was sped up by 220%. You can see the sheet music used scroll down in the video as the music plays. It doesn’t have the variations that came with the later editions, some are so incredibly nice, but it’s the version I got so I’m playing it :) I’ve already looked around in hopes of acquiring some flashier ones on the cheap, but it’s really low on my priorities for now.
The .wav file is also available on this bandcamp page, free to listen or download.
Classical Nightcore?
I’m at looking into fixing up the -bda- gallery page at this point. There’s four items to add so far, and I’ve worked up a better layout and such on the notepads. Going to start a new sequence after the digital-guin. Not restarting the numbering just creating sections with the current series starting off at beurq and spooky, then 022, 023 and so on.
I’ll keep on adding photos of the picture frames as I get funds to print them and stuff, but I’ll move that to a different page, and have the main gallery display the digital versions with links for downloading the highest quality file.
#024, codename “selfie”, was shared already on mastodon.social, you can check it out if you want, I guess. In any case, if you’ve read or scrolled this far, have a preview of #028. No name on this one.
Am aiming at posting all the newly finished bda along with the updated gallery page by the end of this coming weekend.
